The guesthouse in Zell am See

Our house impresses with its wonderful location in the quiet Schmittental. In winter there is probably no accommodation in Zell am See that is closer and more central to the main Schmitten cable cars: Schmittenhöhebahn, trassXpress and Sonnenalmbahn can be found more or less directly on the doorstep. In summer our house is an ideal starting point for hiking and not only offers a beautiful view of the Schmittental and the surrounding mountains, but is also a welcome oasis of calm for many, because in the evening it can be quite lively in the center of Zell am See. In summer, a bus connection ensures that you can easily reach the center in 5 minutes, even in the evening.

We offer our guests 20 double and triple rooms with simple comfort, most of them also have a balcony. The manageable size of the house allows us that we can really be there for our guests personally and are happy to assist you with words and deeds during your stay. So if you value the simple, the small and the personal, you are definitely in good hands with us!
