Cancellation Terms

In general, all cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. If canceled up to 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price. Cancellations after this date and no-shows will be charged at 90% of the total price. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Otherwise, unless stated otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply in our establishment (see below).
