Our house lies at the bottom of the "Schmittenhöhe", next to the cable cars. So it is an ideal spot for hiking tours and skiing. In winter time, three slopes end directly at our house! In summer, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and a marvellous view. It is only 2 km to the town centre, which takes you about 20 minutes by foot and 3 minutes if you go by car or public transport.
